This class extended my knowledge of Canva’s accessible design features that I then teach to my graphic design, digital art and media students. We use canvas.com for typography, graphics, mood boards and t-shirt printing.

2023 intro to photoshop

This was a two session 4 hour class for staff to learn the ins and outs of Photoshop such as retouching photos, navigating the Adobe tools and software capabilities and understanding the basics of creating digital art. 10 people attended - Goal: Improve Technology and Technology Integration

December 2024-present

This class is helping me create, organize and design a website portfolio for my tenure submission. We learned about the interface, customizable templates, and seamless connection with other Google apps we use at school. I also am teaching students how to build their own site for branding in my digital classes.

2022-present ceramics school

I have taken over 125 hours of intensive ceramics classes: hand building level 1 & level 2, wheel throwing level 1 and level 2 at the Newburgh Pottery Studio. I directly take this knowledge into the Ceramics level 1 and level 2 program I started at Goshen High School. I always have a experienced mentors and professionals to inspire me and answer any questions when building my curriculum for the students.
